She and Mr Yamgata was the cutest couple on that show. She was totally the best thing that ever happened to him and yet it ended so tragic.
One really cant blame her for reacting the way she did in the end when she found out her true love had no tail. We humans are really not the most adorable creatures in the universe.
I think though they missed a chance to bring her back when Nuku Nuku went up to space on the missile. Michi Michi could have been the one to bring her safely back to earth that night. Instead the writers settled for some rediculous story about her falling off the missile half way and plumeting through the atmosphere wwithout even sengeing her skirt ;-_-
